With the new update, the immediate visibility of shift requests has went away. Also when you finally find them, they are sorted backwards- the furthest shift request is listed first…you have to scroll down to find the requests that are more immediate.

Is there a way to color code shifts? I see them better when they are different colors.

It's not a huge deal it's just slightly annoying that when I look at the schedule as a manager on punctual pug that if I accidentally drag one of my staff to a different day or time that it automatically sends out an API call and saves it to the backend. Can we have it to where it only saves it locally until I press a save draft button? and have a temporary overlay to visualize what shift was modified.

It would be nice to have an option to minimize the left hand menu while looking at the calendar to give more space and so you can see only the calendar if you want. or a way to make it to where you can minimize the calendar easily to show the entire week and all day each day so you don't have to do as much scrolling. You can just look at all the info at once.

We are out of colors to use, can we have an option for more colors or the ability to create your own color?

Add an icon that indicates when emergency prioritization (EP) is toggled on when viewing/building a schedule. It would make it a lot easier to see if I missed marking any shifts and when looking at the schedules would make it clear to identify.

Please add "Open Shift" as a "Shift Type" Filter. Thanks!

Is there a way to make the Agency Announcements a little smarter in the future by adding in a "delete/remove after XX/XX/XXXX"? That way an admin doesn't have to remember to remove an announcement.

Hello! It would be awesome if there was a "Select All" option when you add locations to an Agency Event. :)

Please consider removing the ability to download schedules for the Staff user role when they log into Punctual Pug on the desktop. Most of our DSPs and Job Coaches use personal equipment to access PP, so we are trying to ensure, to the best of our ability, that agency and client data don't get downloaded to non-work issued devices.
