We used to be able to look up a staff's shift quickly, to be able to see if they are already working, or if the shift I was wanting them to pick up would put them over the 16 hours worked straight. I like to look real fast so that I don't waste there time by messaging them.

Hello Nicole,
You should be able to access all staff schedules by going to "Schedules" and then in the top left there's a drop down to go to staff member schedules. 
If you are trying to access staff schedules through Shift Requests, there should be an option in the pop-up to "View Schedule" of the person requesting the shift.
We'll make sure to add in an additional alert to the shift request pop-up that covers the hours worked straight.
