General Features

When I am looking between staff attempting to adjust schedules for the needs of the home when I hit the back button I have to complete restart what I was doing, is there anyway to fix the back button so I dont have to re-enter into a program.

When I schedule an all staff meeting it does not count into their scheduled hours for some reason.

Hello all, it would be fantastic if you could add a note to someone Pug that they requested a day off. Adding it to the shift, training, meeting, administrative, drop down box would work really well. I have on call team members and I'd like to mark the schedule if they have something pre planned so my on call team knows to not call them.

Who may be interested in looking at a quasi-interface with Therap data to see who has completed their daily documentation? I have some ideas!

When entering the type of coverage/shift type. There is not an option to include Tapestry/Community Inclusion/DSA 2:1 coverage. There are more people in the company who have 2:1 DSA supports, which are not a part of the regular staffing FTE. Can we please have a shift option available for this? (Like Open shift, shift, area relief, etc.), but it would say "Community Inclusion 2nd Staff". Thank you.

We have a team of area relief Staff. These are staff that get put into open shifts at homes throughout the area as needed. We want the ability to create an area relief calendar that allows us to create the schedule for their shifts all in one place, and then have it be able to show up on the calendar for the house as well. Maybe a tagging feature that will allow this?

We often have to move staff from one location/shift to another to accommodate changing needs. Allow me to explain my request with an example. The attached screenshot is for a shift at Lighthouse on 11/15/24 from 9am to 3pm. It's currently assigned to a staff. I now need to move that staff to another location but that still leaves me with an open shift at Lighthouse on 11/15/24 from 9am to 3pm. So what I'm asking is for a new feature that duplicates a given shift (exact same date and time frame) and makes it open. If I could do this quickly with a few feature, then I can easily reassign this staff by changing the location, time, and time frame on this shift. The current duplicate feature can do this but the duplicated shift is not for the exact same time and time frame. Also, I need to locate the duplicated shift, which is sometimes a challenge when the schedule is busy/cluttered. This is not critical but when we're moving staff around a lot, anything that makes the process more efficient is greatly beneficial!

REACH's group home managers were wondering if Punctual Pug might someday be compatible to handle a Chore Chart calendar for the entire home (see link to example below)? In the meantime, how would we go about using Punctual Pug as it stands currently to incorporate Chore Charts at the group homes?
