Can't approve a half shift off because it defaults the time off request to the whole day.

Anyone who requests and if approved for a shift that their phone numbers are added so coordinators or assistants can easily find the number to call. We had a shift request, was approved, and then when they didn't show had to hunt for their number to call. Only to have them say that they didn't request it and that they weren't going to show because it was an accident.
